running out of time
the world’s industrialist have been in a hurry to get every single dollar they can for more than a decade now. why? could it be because they know something they haven’t told us? could it be that they are running out of time to make money? why would that be? could it possibly be because the world is running out of oil? the end of oil means the end of the industrial revolution. it means the end of billion dollar companies. it means those who survive it will have to retool for a much simpler life. it will be the end of life as we know it. could it be that is what they are preparing for. the people with the money will be able to pay for labor, to do all those things that society now provides - growing food, etc. rich people won’t suddenly want to have to do manual labor to survive. they will want to pay others to do all the dirty work for them, as they do now.

the sad truth is that he is right about the majority of people. our country does horrible things to guarantee the lifestyle we have become accustomed to is maintained. it is more for the 1% than for the rest of us, but the 1% need the rest of us to provide the services necessary to keep it all running. when they figure out how to eliminate that need, then they’ll have no more use for the majority of us. there are so many of us that many are expendable - hence the wars, the poverty, the political tone of the day. they want to eliminate as many of us as they can eventually because as the planet runs low on resources, they don’t want us using it up - as they need what is left.
